The original motor capacity cannot be fully utilized

There is no additional slip loss to change the pole pair speed regulation, and the efficiency is high; the control circuit is simple, easy to maintain, and the price is low; it can be combined with the stator voltage regulation or electromagnetic slip clutch to obtain smooth speed regulation with higher efficiency.

Stepless speed regulation cannot achieve stepless and smooth speed regulation. And due to the limitation of the motor structure and manufacturing process, usually only 2 to 3 kinds of pole pairs can be achieved, and the speed range is quite limited. Frequency conversion speed regulation has no additional slip loss, high efficiency, and wide speed regulation range; it can save electricity and protect the motor for long running time under low load or frequent start and stop occasions.

The technology is more complicated and the price is higher. The speed regulation of commutator motor has simple structure of AC synchronous motor and good speed regulation performance of DC motor; power supply voltage at low speed and back EMF natural commutation at high speed, reliable operation; no additional slip loss, Parallel Shaft Gearboxes high efficiency, and applicable It is suitable for the start and speed regulation of high-speed and large-capacity synchronous motors.

The overload capacity is low, and the original motor capacity cannot be fully utilized. Cascade speed regulation can feed back and utilize the slip energy generated in the speed regulation process. High efficiency; the capacity of the device is proportional to the speed adjustment range, and is suitable for 70%-95% speed adjustment.

The power factor is low, there is harmonic interference, and there is no braking torque during normal operation. It is suitable for loads that operate in single quadrants. The stator voltage and speed regulation circuit is simple, the device is small in size, and the price is cheap; it is convenient to use and maintain. The slip loss is increased during the speed regulation process.
